the Unreal Add-on scenarios to your system.

Important Note
==============

You must perform the following steps in
Windows, as the files that will be copied
to your system make use of long filenames.

1. How to install the Unreal Add-on scenarios
   ==========================================

Run the UNREALAO.EXE file which you downloaded
from the Live!Ware website, and follow the onscreen
   instructions.

During the installation, the following files will
be copied over to your system:

Copied to the \MAPS folder in the Unreal directory

      deathmatch1.unr
      deathmatch2.unr
      raver2revrb.unr

(If the copy of Unreal installed on your computer was bought
separately--that is, not bundled with Sound Blaster Live!--
the following files will also be copied over
    to the \MAPS folder)

      hall1a.unr
      2shadow.unr
      3shadow.unr

Copied to the \TEXTURES folder in the Unreal directory

      text.utx

Level Descriptions
==================

These levels were created using the beta level editor provided with
the retail version of Unreal. There are many tutorials available
on the Internet which will help you create your own Unreal add-on
scenarios.

   Deathmatch 1 and 2
These levels were designed around a central
core room with satellite hallways and rooms.
The emphasis is on keeping the navigation
simple for game play and for experiencing EAX.
No bad guys in these levels.

   Raver2revrb
The layout of this level was designed to
emphasize the EAX experience. This level contains
bad guys, and you have to get to the end and step on
the teleporter to open the doors, usually...

   Hall1a
This Deathmatch level is more spread out with
some secrets. Not all the walls are solid and
all things are not as they seem. No bad guys found
   on this level.

   2shadow
The bad guys in here are set to friendly so
they won't shoot until fired upon. There is a
female human bot in this level which usually
manages to find the eightball. Be ready for this
if you happen to open fire on her!

   3shadow
This is a Deathmatch level in the form of a castle.
It's dark in here so be sure to pick up one of the
searchlights. And unless you like making small
craters, don't jump off the top without armor
and/or a force field of some sort. No bad guys on
   this level.
